The Future Leaders program is designed to prepare you for a management-level position at Lenovo following either:

·        Technology Track (i.e. research & development, AI, VR, software engineering, product engineering, or big data) or

·        Business Management Track (i.e. marketing, sales, services, finance etc)


During your first 2 years you can expect the following:

Position Requirements:

? Bachelors and Masters Students graduating between May 2017 - May 2018 that are completing a degree in Technology or Business Management disciplines from top universities

? Willingness to work from Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Beijing, China; countries in European and Asia Pacific Region.

? Entrepreneurial spirit 

? Thought Leadership-Passion for technology and innovation 

? GPA: 3.3 minimum

? International expertise preferred (study abroad, internships)
